POLLS 2003
DEBATE :
Do you think Parental
disputes that lead to seperation may have major psychological effect on kids?
If you have a say in this regard, please email me

KIDSFS VOICES
Punishment a la carte!!!
Some Teachers punish kids for their mischief, disobedience or
misbehaviour in the classroom. Chalks, dusters, rulers are flung on the student or he is
told to bend or kneel for hours n hours. Even write a chosen sentence a hundred times or a
quick rap on the wrist with a wooden ruler, a resounding slap, a volley of insulting
remarks or asking the kid to give himself a couple of raps - All to improve behaviour
among errant school kids.
What do you feel is a form
of punishment that will be appropriate deterrent to misbehaviour? What should be the
action of the Teacher so that the offending action is not repeated? If you were a Teacher,
what punishment would you give? Write a menu of punishments. You can even write your
bygone schooling punishment experience, scoop of punishment tales to tell. Send your
Voices alongwith your scanned school-age passport size pic and
email me |
